In depth knowledge of ActionScript 3.0
Should be good in understanding of Flash compression practices and
file-structuring techniques.
Strong experience in flash animation techniques.
Hands on Experience in Creating Flash applications that use XML and
Server Side technologies.
Hands on experience in creating dynamic XML driven Elements – Animated
Photo galleries Video galleries and Dynamic Date driven events.
Experience in encoding Audio and Video within flash.
Hands on experience in Adobe Photoshop skills like preparation of PSD
and Graphic files to implement within flash.
Two years of experience is must in an advertising or interactive studio
environment.
Ability to work in competitive environment with good attitude and skills
Ability to work in pressure and in multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge in User Experience and interface concepts .
Excellent written and spoken Communication skills.
Good technical knowledge related to site and mobile app development.
Excellent in problem solving skills.
Salary : Rs.10,000 – Rs.30,000/- depends on the skills and experiences
