Tech Support-Assistant Team Lead Required
Tech support department handle all the troubleshooting with the various issues facing by customers and are responsible for providing best services to
the customer through their expertise in technology.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• replacing parts as required;
• providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
• supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
• prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
• rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
• testing and evaluating new technology;
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• At least one year of experience in Technical Support in International process
• Excellent Analytical and Technical Skills
• Hands on experience in handling various technical support issues related to Windows and MAC operating systems
• Hands on experience in Handling issues related to Printers, Routers, Smart TV and mobile devices like iPad, iPhone and Android phones etc.
• Good problem solving ability along with good searching skills
• Computer background would not be an advantage. People with technical blend of mind would be preferred.
• People who have worked in Process like Dell, HP, iYogi and third party technical support would be preferred.
Salary- Rs.15000/- to Rs.50000/-
Education Qualification- Minimum Graduation or any diploma in (IT).
